Traditional Art / Drawings / Portraits & Figures

A couple of days ago I posted this sketch: [link] and now I finally got around coloring it. Done with a mechanical pencil and colored pencils (and some touching up was done in corel painter 12 - which btw is really awesome^^)

In case you are wondering, the portrait is based on a friend of mine. And the text says... well, I won't tell you, try to figure that yourselves out

This is great, I love the fact you did this with actual materials in the real world! and then used a computer just for finishing the image! Although I like a lot of purely digital art its always nice to see art that is based in arts traditional roots.
Nice incorpaoration of the text in the hair as part of the design!
